I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations by far and I can’t say enough for how AMAZING they were to deal with. They had found answers to concerns three other shops could not diagnose and also provided an electronic breakdown of everything done to vehicle. They are truly the BEST!

I was so happy and impressed with the experience I had here! As a female, I have faced some real sexist jerks at auto repair shops but Malcom and the wonderful gentleman at the front desk were professional, courteous and took the time to explain what was wrong, what they tried/tested and what needed to be fixed. While I am not a mechanic, I want to being involved in the decisions that need to be made to keep my car running and appreciated the time they took to make sure I was making an informed, educated decision. Repairs were done well and I had my car back in a day!

Stephen was so helpful when the check engine light came on my 06 hybrid vehicle during a cross-country road trip! Very knowledgeable and offered great advice. The technicians quickly installed two new tyres last minute for me when I asked where I could buy some because mine were way past bald. Thanks so much Stephen and co! We made it back home in one piece!
